So, why is it testing for a python2.6 directory when installing python 2.7?

Ignore my previous message. I'm seeing a different ftbfs for vte 0.26.0 for natty, for which I will open a new bug.

As the original bug report here was against 9.04 and an older version of vte, I'm removing the tag and setting the status to Incomplete. Does this bug still affect Maverick or Natty?
