In RC1 if you have a sale order with a line using
- Consumable
- MTO
- Buy
The sale order confirmation leads to an error as OpenERP requires a BOM
"Couldn't find bill of material for product"

Hello,

Whenever you are making a sale order with a line Consumable,MTO,Buy. You should have to define the Particular Bill of Material for that product as it will requires the production order or purchase order for the procurement request.

You cannot close it like that.
When you buy a consumable, it is NOT logical that you need a BOM......
In addition, this was not V 5.0 behavior

consumable must generate the same things than stockable (so, MTO, Buy -> must create a PO)
also, change the demo data so that demo products are stockable, not consumable (keep the default value on the product as consumable)

I have checked the steps described but I am not able generate error of BOM,
selling product (=> Consumable, MTO, Buy) generates only PO.

I have changed the demo data so that demo products are stockable, not consumable.
It has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/ron-dev-addons2
