Bug Description

On code.lp.net/~team-name, in the portlet on the right, I see:

  A owned branches
  B registered branches
  C subscribed branches
  D active review

Given that teams can't register branches, B will always be zero, so it's useless to show it.

I agree that we should remove it now. Historically we didn't record the
registrant of the branch so when we made the change initially we had the
registrant be the branch owner, which for some branches was a team. However
it doesn't make much sense now.
