Add shaped endings to Line tool

I write a lot of documentation for end-non-geek-users, so I am creating print-screens and then draw an arrows on pictures. In document I write something like: "Please click on OK button" and then I write an arrow on print-screen image to point to OK button. Now I do this like click on Line object and draw three lines that becomes arrow. It would be fantastic if I could select shape of line and one of the shape would be arrow. This would save me a lot of time and also arrows would be more beautifuly drawn.

Something similar can be done in OpenOffice Draw. See attached picture.

Just a note Andrew Davis on mailing list has posted he will implement this feature in GSoC if he is excepted in a project. See his plan for GSoC 2013: https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups=#!topic/pinta/qFBgDKiLH5E

I suggest to assign Andrew Davis to this task to avoid someone else to duplicate the effort. If he is not excepted in GSoC and so not willing of implementing this feature, then we still can change the assign person.

'Fix Committed' is probably incorrect status of this bug report. This status should only be used if fix is committed in master: https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commits/master - so fix can be seen if build from source and so expected to be available when new official version is released. Fix was probably committed to some fork and needs to be merged into master first to become 'fix committed'. I am downgrading status back to "In Progress".

This was fixed in GSoC and it is already merged into Pinta master, so I am marking this request as Fix Committed.
