Bug Description

According to GNOME HIG there should be some changes in View menu like:
1. Toolbar should be at the top of View menu.
2. Pixel Grid and Rulers are the same functionalities like Toolbar so it should be also positioned at the tob of View menu - so moving Toolbar, Pixel Grid and Rulers to the top of View menu.
3. There should be line separator after Toolbar, Pixel Grid and Rulers.
4. "Actual Size" should be renamed to "Normal Size".
5. "Zoom to Window" should be renamed to "Best Fit"
6. "Actual Size" (e.g. "Normal Size" should be at position 3 inside Zoom list. So Zoom list should be ordered:
Zoom In, Zoom Out, Normal Size (Actual Size), Best Fit (Zoom to Windows).

See attached file.
