Bug Description
On my Dell Latitude C640 laptop running ubuntu Edgy, the space key refuses to work. The keyboard is the inbuilt one.
It works perfectly fine with konsole or xterm.

Thanks for your bug. Maybe you made a keyboard shortcut use space (the config dialog is available from the edit menu)?
