Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Step to reproduce:

open firefox

go to didattica.polito.it
see the image covering the login box.

This is reproducible with firefox 3.6.12 and firefox 4.0b8

With firefox 3.6.12 under Windows there is not this problem.

Chrome under linux is working well

3.see the image covering the login box.
Actual Results:
The image is covering the login box

Expected Results:
The image *shouldn't* cover it, like it does under windows and linux (other browsers)

Please try a mozilla.org binary build (not an ubuntu one) and test in the Firefox safemode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Please attach a screenshot if you can still reproduce the problem

The page design fails when the user's preferred font is slightly larger
than what the page author expected. Try for example setting
"View->Zoom->Zoom text only" and then zoom to make the text smaller.
That fixes the overlap. Choosing a very small preferred font size
in Preferences also works.
