Bug Description

I hope I found the right place to report this. Please forgive me if I didn't.

jp.archive.ubuntu.com carries some obsolete files. At least when it comes to openoffice.org.

$ apt-cache policy openoffice.org-base
openoffice.org-base:
  Installed: 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1
  Candidate: 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1
  Version table:
     1:3.2.1-6ubuntu2~10.04.1 0
         99 http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-proposed/main Packages
 *** 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1 0
        500 http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-security/main Packages
        500 http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-updates/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4 0
        500 http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages

That package in lucid-proposed must have long been obsolete, although it carries a September date at http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openoffice.org/ I wonder why it's not being automatically removed by the more recent release in lucid/main and lucid-updates/main I double-checked and de.archive.ubuntu.com has this file as well, so I assume it must be an error in the backend.

All these long version numbers, too hard to parse for me :S
