Bug Description
Just did a biggish update to feature flags; yet get no direct feedback that the application of the rules was successful.
Found that by re-opening the link in a separate tab, I could see that, yes, the changes have applied.
Suggest something like a simple status message:
"Applied <X> new features; removed <Y>". Tho tbh, anything that gives some idea that the change took.
