no button to load Inkscape or The Gimp

Ella isn't designed to become a full graphics editor, since there is already Inkscape, and Gimp. It would be stupid to try to equal them.

So, a button to load inkscape, to edit a SVG or Gimp, to edit a bitmap would be useful.

It isn't a bug, only a work in progress ! In my opinion, it's better to add an submenu to the pop-up menu after a right-click on a graphic object (path or bitmap)

And it remains a programmtion issue : it's very esay to call Inkscape or Gimp from Ella, but, how to know if the file is :
1/ modifiyed by the image ediror
2/ know when the image editor is closed and done the job

I think there is some functions ing Gtk, but where ?

In python, I know that python-inotify can do that. So, inotify should
work :

But it requires some work to set up this system, I think it isn't a
priority.
