add a link to my team(s) on the front page

As an admin of my team, i need to go the team page often to add events, venues, ....
As an user, it should be great to go in one click on my team page to see the new events.

So a direct link to list the teams where i am admin, or by extension all the team where i am a member of, in the front page should improve the usability.

Honestly, I think this will make some pages very user unfriendly adding so much detail to one page. For people like myself as an example I'm in UK and IE those are two of my active team pages, I then due to LC am owner of others. I do not want all those teams on one page as it would be cluttersome and also not very useful for finding information out without having to scroll through detail if a team is rather active.

czajkowski: The current pages with the (single) team details will not be removed. Currently there is an mockup (http://ubuntuone.com/p/eGI/) more a multi team page. It contains the most nessecairy data for each team. The allows a good overview for 2 to +-6 teams without having to scroll trough too much detail. Can you give any feedback on this concept
