person merge code needs to handle colliding recipes

Bug Description
The person merge code currently assumes that the two people being merged don't have any recipes named the same, something that is clearly not necessarily the case. It needs to uniquify the names in the same way that is done for branches (and any other UNIQUE index featuring Person, I guess).
