Clip properties -> Video -> Fade (seconds) -> notice "2.00000000000"
Clip properties -> Audio -> Fade (seconds) -> notice "2.00000000000"
"2" is enough IMO.

Well, we need to hae frctions of secons, but 2.00 should be enough.
