kde hal configuration for removable devices

Since kde 3.5.4 kde manage hal rules for removable devices. It worked when i was under dapper but in edgy it doesn't work. I've try with kde 3.5.4 and kde 3.5.5 and it still doesn't work.

This properties dialog is accessible by right click on a devices in /media/ and helps to select mount point for device and rules for this mount.

Any changes in this dialog as no effect since edgy.

absolutly not. mine concern hal rules.
I add a screenshots of the properties dialog that don't work anymore.
