Codeset selection dialog has poor layout

Bug Description
In expert mode, you eventually get to a question that asks you to choose the "Codeset for your language environment". Unfortunately, the dialog box is laid out so poorly that you can't even see what you're selecting.
The attached screenshot displays the problem.

Probably a cdebconf bug. Is this really release-critical, though? It's probably quite complicated to fix and (for almost all locales) it only shows up in expert mode.
