Bug Description
This echos when doing an apt-get update (or any apt-get command i think):
DESTROY created new reference to dead object ' Qt::VBoxLayout', <> line 1 during global destruction.
Annoying, but non-harmful. Needs to be fixed however.

It's probably debconf using the Qt interface which creates this warning. As debconf is using libqt-perl I assume the warning originates from there.
