Dibbler client is running multiple times

Dibbler client is running multiple times, whenever new client has started old one is not getting stopped sometimes that's why we are not getting unpredictable results sometimes.Kindly provide the explanation why it's happening like that?

and that too in Autoconfiguration mode, the dibbler client is taking so much time for to start itself?
