Windows i rezied when opening tools

I'm working on Windows 7. Start by moving the inkscape window to the side (or top) of the screen, to get an automatic resize of the window. An optional step here is to resize the window by draggin one of it's sides, it doesn't effect the bug. Now if you open any tool, like "justify" or "färgprover" (swedish, maybe "color samples") or messages, the window is reverted back to some original size.

I'm using Inkscape 0.47
