Akonadi console and akonaditray appeared on my computer after using Ubuntu 9.10 software centre for other KDE programs why ?

The Akonadi console and tray appeared on my computer after i downloaded Ubuntu software center for other unrelated Kde programs why ?

I deleted akonadi tray from the software center which showed up as something i installed which was not the case ? !!
Then i went back to put K3b back on which i noticed had vanished. I reinstalled K3b cd burner and noticed Akonadi tray and console came back on to my computer why is that happening ?
Thought i'd also mention that i tried to install a Kthesaurus yesterday and it totally wiped out Kformular why is that ?
Think i've got a serious problem with KDE or security breach by Akonadi or something !

Just wanted to say i've managed to delete K3B. Akonadi plus its Akonadi/console only partially deleted leaving an unmoveable directory there was also no warning of this being downloaded at the time !! Have to say -- beware of downloading KDE software you may end up with some other unwanted software !!
Still yet to find out whats causing Kformula to vanish after the download of KThesauraus ?? bugs me !!
