Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* Create a display
* Schedule content
* Delete display -> You'll be told that you can't delete the display but you can retire it.
* Click OK.
Display now vanishes from DisplayManagement but is still in the database and as far as the webservice is concerned still active.
What appears to happen is the link records in lkdisplaydg is deleted sucessfully before the check for schedule etc is done so the display is half deleted.

There was no problem I could find with deleting a display that had scheduled content. However if group security settings had been assigned then this was an issue.
Could the op check?
