Bug Description
Chex just had a case where he was editing a recipe for a user and disabling daily builds, but accidentally re-assigned the ownership of the recipe. Re-assigning that ownership was impossible, since the author drop-down didn't show the original owner (that should probably be relaxed for admins).

I'm not sure we journal the old owner anywhere, we don't for most things. However allowing admins to choose anyone would make sense.
