unity can't handle wine apps

Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

There are two problems i have with wine apps:
1. no visual feedback if app was launched or icon pressed. (some animation on icon will be nice)
2. window is not docked even it was started in full screen mode

See attached screencast for example.
