Bug Description
Maverick (gnome) 64bit:
k3b works very well once it can get ahold of the drive. And it can get the drive. I just vaguely hope there could be a smoother way to get there.
Detail:
Trying to burn a linux iso over an old linux iso. Because there is a package archive already on the disk gnome produces a box asking what I want to do. (There is no option for what I really want to do.) K3b can not get the drive. Gnome does always unmount _and_ eject it if I tell it to cancel. If I push it back in the cycle begins anew.
It seems to work if I leave all k3b message windows from the previous failed attempt open. Then, when I push the CD in, gnome throws an error about not getting the drive and k3b has grabbed it. Now I can proceed and everything is fine.
Is this just me or is some coordination work to be done here?
