[GMA 350] 10.10 Remix fails to run or install from USB

Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
Attempting to install Ubuntu 10.10 onto a Lenovo S10-3 Netbook with a SSD (Crucial RealSSD C300). Installations hangs at 8.320903 [drm] initialized drm 1.1.0 20060810. 2GB of DDR3 Memory tested OK. When attempting to run form the USB it hangs at 6.835263] [drm] drm 1.1.0 20060810.
Had previously installed meego from a USB stick and installation completed OK. Verified check sum was correct and later was able to install Remix 10.4 from a USB and apply updates.

I tried the F4 option, which provided only 3 choices: Normal, Use Driver update disk and the OEM install. Does not have the Safe Graphics mode option to try. I've attached a shot of the screen where the hang occurred.
