Bug Description
Hi
I've a directory that is both used by a webserver and as desktopnova input
the server create .thumbs/ directories for holding thumbnails
sadely desktopnova do parse the hidden directories (.#####/) and there are no options to prevent this
as well there is no option to filter out files

Adding a global or profile-specific ignore pattern would fix this and other issues, which might come up.
