[maverick] Rhythmbox ignores Ogg quality settings

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Adding a bitrate or changing the quality to the gstreamer pipeline is ignored. All resulting .ogg files are 160kbps no matter the settings. I have tried to delete the rhythmbox gdata as well as re-created the profile and modified the existing ogg profile. All attempts result in the same results. I have seen this on multiple computers all updated from lucid to maverick.

Confirmed that the gstreamer profile works as it should, by using it with Sound Juicer. The exact same profile produces a lower quality ogg in Rhythmbox.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable release - Oneiric Ocelot.
