control fails to play in random order when set at random

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When trying to activate "random" play in Merkeet the random feature does not work. This was not a problem until this release. It also affects a laptop I have running the same version with an older processor.

That works fine here, what's the behavior you're getting there? does banshee works fine for you in random mode? Thanks.

I didn't have Banshee installed so I did and it (shuffle) works fine in
Banshee. I also installed Exaile and it shuffles fine there also. It
seems to be limited to Rhythmbox for some reason. Even when clearly
check-marked as "shuffle" it instead simply moves to the next track on
the same album.
