Bug Description
IMHO it should be possibile to specify the decimal separator for CSV exports to comply to the needs of international users.
most users have problems importing CSV files with decimal separators which do not fit their local settings.
and it's cumbersome to change the format for each numeric column for each CSV import into OO.

Good idea, we can consider it for 6.1 (as 6.0 is already frozen with regard to new features...)
