evolution new email notification does not appear

Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-messages
when new email come to evolution in-box, messages indicator applet icon should become green, a notification should appear, and when I click the message icon in front of in-box shortcut should display number of new messages.
But it didn't work in ubuntu maverick (upgraded from 10.04 to 10.10)
