startprogram: PulseAudio Sound System KDE Routing Policy in Gnome

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

Actually "PulseAudio Sound System KDE Routing Policy" is display in
gnome-session-properties and I don't think this is the experience
expected by final users.

Maybe the xdg file should be put by a separate package that will be
install only on KDE environment ? Should I open a new bug for this ?

The same trouble in Kubuntu.
It happens when bluetooth headset is disconnected by putting them to charge.
On Kubuntu 13.10 this problem never showed up.
