Bug Description
At least, it seems to be "almost sorted" in chronological order of submission (but the out-of-order submissions follow no particular pattern). This probably implies that it isn't sorted at all, just in "database row order" which happens to be in order of submission, but with the backend free to mess things up which it occasionally does.
