I am using ubuntu 10.10 netbook remix, Empathy version 2.32.0
I expected to be able to send a text message to a phone
instead it always says user not logged in or unable to send message

it almost seems like there should be an option to add this to an existing AIM contact, and this feature is only half broken, as in people don't really know it exists or how it works in empathy. From what I've seen it needs this format in order to work: +AZZZXXXXXXX
A = Country code
Z = Area Code
X = Phone number
