Bug Description
Typos, and poor Bug Summaries, happen
Either the bug reported, or a person working a bug, or th administrator of a project should be able to 'correct' typos, and update summary descriptions, so that typos do not linger
Presently this is not possible see: 665220 create an initial prsence
which has a mis-spelled word. Sadly, I cannot presently fix it, although the submitter and the person to whom the bug is assigned
There needs to be an interface to permit this edit, and logging the change history to permit reverting improper changes
