Bug Description
When filing a bug in Launchpad, it is not clear what two options mean. These two links are offered:
[Also affects project] [Also affects distribution]
when what is mean is:
[Also affects ANOTHER project] [Also affects ANOTHER distribution]

I had to explore when filing a bug, and conclude that these first offered options related to OTHER projects of distributions
simply adding the indicated text would remove that unclarity
