Bug Description

10.04 lucid version

latest chrome or firefox has this issue but somehow it's related to the nautilus dialog

Happens:
when attaching files in any webpage using a normal html file tag,

Step By Step:
click on a html file tag to upload a file
click on the column in the dialog like modified date
the dialog sorts the files and folder descending order
if you attempt to click on a file it doesn't select on the file it selects the folder
if you click on the html file tag again it will work because the sort order is set from previously selected

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
