Vertical resize doesn't fire redraw event

Bug Description
[How to reproduce]
Grab either top or bottom edge of the window with left mouse button
Move mouse up or down to resize the window
[Expected behavior]
Whole window correctly repaint its content
[Actual behavior]
Bottom window (the one with text input control) don't redraw its area. Please see attached screenshot.
