lp-land should abort if user answers "no"

Bug Description

If you go to lp-land a branch and not edit the commit message, you are prompted something like "You have not changed the commit message, proceed anyway [y/n]". If you answer "no", the process continues as if you answered "yes", prompting for your passphrase etc and looking like the landing is proceeding. Except nothing is landed, but it appears like it has. If the user answers "no" to this prompt or others, the process should abort at that point.
