Bug Description

Add support to query Events from the web service. Parameters will be sent to filter the results, such as actor=application://tomboy.desktop&interpretation=foo. It should also allow for less than or greater than queries by adding _lt, or _gt to the attribute name (timestamp_lt=1287595927).

One more point I noticed is that _eq does not need to be given. The default behavior is to check for equality

I just checked logger/handlers.py from line 37-55 and it is implemented
