Loading of scripts from zipped savegames fails

Bug Description

Since the zip file refactoring, the lua persistence test case fails because the lua scripts are not reloaded from the savegame: To reproduce: Make sure that widelands writes savegames as zip files, then:

widelands --scenario=src/scripting/test/persistence.wmf
widelands --loadgame=~/.widelands/save/lua_persistence.wgf

And you get an error that map:lunit.lua is not found. The file is inside the zip file with the correct content, but the map scripts are not registered while loading the savegame.
