sudo apt-get update 2> ~/Desktop/File1
sudo apt-get upgrade 2> ~/Desktop/File2

Please disregard the last post of mine. The problem is not with update-manager but rather an out of date mirror. I have subscribed the proper person to this report so they will see it and make the proper changes to fix. Thanks for taking the time to report and please feel free to do so in the future!

Mirror seems to be fixed at this time thus bug changed to "Invalid".
