Add MIDI mappings for hotcues 5-32 in mappings table.

Bug Description

Right now only hotcues 1-4 are mappable via the mappings table. We should add these in mixxx/src/controlvaluedelegate.cpp. Should take only a couple minutes.

Nice job, jus. :) While we're at this, can we extend the number of hot cues to 36 at least so the SCS.3d and .1d can use all of their hot cue pages?
