Authors of Ecamegapedal have returned back to basics, and are now focusing on Ecasound development only. No new development of Ecamegapedal is expected to happen anymore (last release is from 2004).

OK, I agree with the authors (!) that we don't need this deprecated thing now that we've got jack-rack etc. I'm going to close this, feel free to reopen if there's a need for it specifically.
