Bug Description

jaaa needs to know on launch whether to use alsa or jack. the .desktop file /usr/share/applications/jaaa.desktop specifies:

Exec=jaaa -A -d hw:0

where the -A means alsa. Since we're jack-oriented, should we patch this file with a hook to do -J instead? we don't package jaaa ourselves; repackaging is an option. Or leaving it as alsa.

Made a wrapper script which should hopefully choose -J or -A appropriately. Pulled jaaa into a downstream in gitorious - http://gitorious.org/puredyne-packages/jaaa - and pushed to our repos.
