Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu

Pidgin displays multiple options for some menus while using Unity. This does not happen in the normal application, just with the appmenu enabled. Included a screenshot.

Just tested its indeed a duplicate of bug 655241 I have built appmenu-gtk in my ppa with the patch from bug 655241 and it fixes the problem.

you can simply install this file https://edge.launchpad.net/~om26er/+archive/test/+build/2006157/+files/appmenu-gtk_0.1.9-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb or use my ppa https://edge.launchpad.net/~om26er/+archive/test
