Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Maximizing a window in unity appears to maximize it to the height of the entire logical display, even when that height is greater than the height of the current monitor (as can happen when the current monitor is the smaller of two monitors). This means that the top of the window gets hidden under the top panel, or part of the window is off the screen entirely.

Given Mark's comment on the importance of multiple monitor support, shouldn't this be more highly prioritized? https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/unity/ +bug/661450
