Smuxi crashes when '/window close' is used in 'smuxi' tab

This is what I did:
- started Smuxi
- changed to first tab called 'smuxi'
And then Smuxi crashed.

The last step was missing from the step list. Here's corrected steps:

1. started Smuxi
2. changed to first tab called 'smuxi'
3. entered command '/window close', and then Smuxi crashed.
