Bug Description
The ruler does not erase marker for his former position when moved with the mouse. This leaves the strip bar dirty with several locations marked.
The problem happens in both the x-axis as in y.
Operation system - Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat
Inkscape version - 0.48 (The same in the repository of maverick meerkat)
