Debian packaging not FHS compliant

Bug Description

The Debian package (1.4.0) puts all the Python files in a directory named /usr/bin/stackapplet. I'm pretty sure this is against Debian Policy as it violates the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard.

Please put the files in /usr/share/stackapplet.

I looked it up and this is indeed correct. I'll see that the files get moved to the proper location.
