Savegames do not store name of the win condition

Bug Description

Noticed with game reporting: Savegames do not set the win condition name. The code is there but the type of the win condition does not get transmitted. Would also be nice to show it in the multiplayer game menu again. Currently after loading it is "endless game" everywhere.

I agree fully and I see this as mandatory for the ggz stuff. So i target for build16
