krdc - vnc - on meerkat has inverted colors

Reproduce:

Install Ubuntu Lucid
Upgrade to Ubuntu Meerkat
Install krdc
Start krdc
start a vnc session
Result:http://imagebin.ca/view/C0_6WxMe.html <- the colors are all screwy (yellow is blue, grey is oange, looks kinda cool in an acid junky kind of way)
Expected: http://imagebin.ca/view/Nt3HPOx.html (same machine using vncviewer) <- normal colors

I can confirm this issue; whenever i'm connecting to a KVM guest via KRDC the colors seem to be inverted somehow.
The colors are *correct* when using "xtightvncviewer" for example.

It's probably related to the already fixed KDE Bug #247149 ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=247149 ), so maybe a fix for Meerkat is straightforward?

I can't wager the overall importance, but it surely is distracting and annoying like hell...

This bug has been fixed upstream to the KDE 4.5.1, can Ubuntu please update thier package!

I am upgrading to http://www.kubuntu.org/news/kde-sc-4.5.3 (ppa:kubuntu-ppa) that will probably have the bug fixed.

(Tuesday I could confirm it myself as I have the same problem at my work PC)

I can confirm that 4:4.5.5-0ubuntu2 has the correct colors
